Extension of the Project
This project initiated Tripalink’s automation effort. As a result we were able to experiment with a great series of features that will enable a more seamless customer experience, here are some of them:



Reflection
This is one of the most collaborative projects I have done. We worked closely with the property team, website team, to implement the pricing portal and the corresponding pricing transparency designs. And furthermore, the project also let me worked closely with the lease team and CRM team to initiate the automation effort down the funnel.
